Education
Master of Science in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy from Riphah International University, Islamabad (2018–2020), with advanced training in manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders. The program included a clinical residency and research thesis titled: “Effect of Space and Lymphatics Correction Technique of Kinesiotaping Among Patients with Shoulder Impingement Syndrome.” Gained hands-on experience in spinal and peripheral joint mobilization, neurodynamics, and therapeutic exercise prescription during clinical placements in teaching hospitals.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Sargodha, Pakistan (2012–2017), a five-year professional program focused on the assessment and rehabilitation of neuromusculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and neurological conditions. The program included extensive clinical rotations in hospitals and rehabilitation centers, where gained hands-on experience in patient evaluation, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and evidence-based practice. As part of academic requirements, completed a research thesis titled: “Prevalence of Musculoskeletal Disorders Among Dentistry Students by Using a Physical Therapy Approach,” which investigated the role of preventive and therapeutic physiotherapy interventions in managing occupational-related disorders.
