Experienced Dialysis Technician with over 4 years of hands-on experience in haemodialysis procedures, ICU dialysis, vascular access care, RO water treatment systems, and infection control. Proven ability in patient monitoring, dialyzer reprocessing, anticoagulation management, and emergency handling. Former Dialysis Unit Team Leader with strong leadership and adherence to clinical standards. BLS trained and committed to patient safety and quality care.
I possess amazing people’s skills that makes it easier for me to help patients get comfortable before undergoing the procedure. They feel safe during the process. I ensure their utmost safety and security when going through the treatment. I can immediately handle things in case of emergency situations. Worked as an intern in Rajeev Gandhi Co-operative hospital Palakkad, under the department of Nephrology from 5 February 2020 to 2021. It provides services in clinical Nephrology including treating OPD patients, inpatients, critical care Nephrology. It performs all Nephrology procedures such as kidney biopsies, central venous catheterizations, temporary haemodialysis, CRRT and peritoneal dialysis.
