specialization in pediatric nurse

I work EMT in ambulance service 6years experience in sindh Integrated emergency medical ambulance service 1122 in Karachi sindh Pakistan ,

i have more than 8yrs experience receptionist,triage , pharmacy blood collecton and keeping.

Key responsibility :

Received the assiged patients as per the daily assisgment.

Apply nursing care process to assigned patient as per the approved policy.

Develop individualized nursing care plan reflecting collaboration with other team members.

Monitor patient status , reporting provide individualized patient /family education as per their needs maintain patient policy and confidentially.

Report to nursing supervision any unusual incidents.

Attend doctor rounds

Emrich patient experience with compassion respect and dignity,perform other applicable tsk,duties assigned by charge nurse/ work with team , according follow hospital rule regulations, countries policy law, respect senior and give respect management.
